Traditional Panettone

A soft and delicate dough, thanks to a slow proofing, enriched by raisins and candied oranges.

Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, candied fruit 25% (sultanas, orange and citron peel, glucose syrup, fructose, sucrose, lemon), sugar, egg yolks, local yeast (wheat flour, water), water, honey, salt, vanilla

The 500 g and 1 kg sizes are only available from November to February. The 750 g size is available all year round.
